You will then receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link, which will automatically be added to your calendar. At the time of your session, simply click the Zoom link in your email or calendar to join the call, ask questions, and receive cutting-edge advice.

Most Captains offer sessions in 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute increments, allowing you to select the duration that best fits your needs based on the number of questions you have. Sometimes, even a 15-minute session can provide the confidence you need to move forward with a unique project, novel material, or overcome a problem, potentially saving hours of self-research and/or multiple calls to resolve your problem.

Some experts sell out fast or have no availability. In that case, you will see a “Request a Session” form instead and you can submit your preferred date and time and we will reach out to the expert on your behalf.

Yes, to reschedule, tap the “Reschedule” button in your confirmation email. We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling a session. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the session date/time may not receive a refund. Should an Expert need to reschedule with less than 24-hours’ notice, clients will not be charged any fees and will receive a notification to reschedule or a full refund if desired.
